Singapore Airlines (SIA) and Mandai Wildlife Group have joined forces in a three-year partnership to boost tourism and strengthen Singapore’s reputation as a “City in Nature.”

This new strategic collaboration aims to significantly increase the number of visitors to Singapore. The partnership will offer unique wildlife experiences, special travel perks, and co-branded products.

Beyond tourism, a key focus is promoting conservation education and inspiring action. This aligns with Singapore’s vision of integrating nature into its urban landscape, highlighting its commitment as a true “City in Nature.”

Exclusive Experiences for Travelers

SIA customers from around the world will gain special access to Mandai Wildlife Reserve’s acclaimed attractions. These include popular spots like the Singapore Zoo, Night Safari, River Wonders, Bird Paradise, and the upcoming Rainforest Wild Asia.

Travelers can look forward to exclusive promotions and unique products available through Pelago, SIA’s dedicated travel platform, and KrisShop. This makes planning a nature-focused trip to Singapore even more convenient and rewarding, offering tailored experiences.

A Commitment to Wildlife Conservation

The partnership extends far beyond tourism, actively supporting regional conservation efforts. Singapore Airlines will provide crucial air travel sponsorships and logistical assistance for wildlife initiatives.

Special Benefits for KrisFlyer Members

Members of SIA’s KrisFlyer loyalty program will enjoy extra perks. They will receive launch access to two exciting new indoor attractions: Curiosity Cove and Exploria.

KrisFlyer members can also earn bonus miles when purchasing tickets on Pelago. Furthermore, there will be opportunities to redeem miles for exclusive experiences, such as the upcoming Colugo Camp, and related merchandise.

From August 2025, passengers on SIA flights can delve deeper into conservation. The airline’s in-flight entertainment system, KrisWorld, will feature documentaries from Mandai Wildlife Group, including “The Great Migration: First Steps” and “New Eden.” These films offer a fascinating look into the important work of conservation and the relocation of birds to the new Bird Paradise park.
