Pawan Kalyan’s latest Telugu action drama, “Hari Hara Veera Mallu,” has seen its box office collections fluctuate, now nearing the Rs 65 crore mark after its first three days.

Box Office Performance So Far

The film had a strong start with premiere shows bringing in Rs 12.75 crore on Wednesday. Its Day 1 (Thursday) collection was even more impressive, hitting Rs 34.75 crore.

However, the momentum slowed down significantly on Friday, with collections dropping to Rs 8 crore. Saturday saw a slight recovery, adding Rs 9.25 crore to the total.

As of Saturday, “Hari Hara Veera Mallu” has amassed a total of Rs 64.75 crore at the box office, indicating it’s on track to cross the Rs 65 crore milestone soon.

Audience Engagement Across Regions

Overall, the film recorded a Telugu occupancy of 31.71 percent across 1,664 shows. Certain areas showed particularly strong turnout.

Mahbubnagar led with the highest occupancy at 46.25 percent from 8 shows, followed closely by Chennai at 45.75 percent across 76 shows. Other notable occupancies included Kakinada and Warangal, both at 35.75 percent.

Hyderabad, a major market, registered a 35.25 percent occupancy from its 613 shows, contributing significantly to the film’s overall numbers.

Pawan Kalyan Addresses Boycott Calls

Following the film’s release, social media saw trending hashtags like #BoycottHHVM and #DisasterHHVM. Actor-politician Pawan Kalyan openly responded to this negativity.

He acknowledged the boycott calls, stating he’s seen similar situations before and believes his films might not always succeed. Kalyan highlighted his humble beginnings, expressing surprise at his current level of success and the attention his films receive.

He also had a strong message for his fans, urging them not to be overly sensitive to online criticism. “Don’t be so sensitive,” he advised. “Why are you all feeling down because someone has said something? I am the one being beaten down; you enjoy life, feel free. Don’t feel bad for every comment on social media.” He encouraged them to retaliate if they have the courage, metaphorically, against negativity.
