Prince Harry’s representatives have swiftly denied sensational claims from a new royal book suggesting a physical fight with his uncle, Prince Andrew, and alleged derogatory remarks Andrew made about Meghan Markle.

A New Royal Book Makes Bold Claims

A recent royal biography titled “Entitled: The Rise and Fall of the House of York” is stirring up the royal family. Written by Andrew Lownie, the book focuses on Prince Andrew and his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson, painting a less-than-flattering picture of the Duke of York.

Among its most explosive allegations, the book claims that Prince Harry and Prince Andrew had a “heated argument” in 2013 that escalated into a physical fight, supposedly leaving Andrew with a bloody nose. The incident, said to have occurred before Meghan Markle entered the royal picture, reportedly stemmed from “something Andrew said behind Harry’s back.”

Years later, the book further alleges, Prince Andrew made insulting comments about Meghan Markle to Harry, reportedly calling her an “opportunist” and suggesting their marriage wouldn’t last.

Prince Harry’s Camp Responds Directly

Prince Harry’s spokesperson has unequivocally refuted these claims. Speaking to People magazine, the representative stated: “I can confirm neither of those things are true. Prince Harry and Prince Andrew have never had a physical fight, nor did Prince Andrew ever make those comments about the Duchess of Sussex to Prince Harry.”

This direct denial aims to shut down the rumors circulating from the book’s excerpts. Neither Kensington Palace nor Buckingham Palace has issued a statement regarding these specific allegations.

Broader Royal Tensions Revealed

Beyond the alleged altercation, “Entitled” also details long-standing tensions between Prince Andrew and both his nephews, Prince Harry and Prince William. The book suggests that Prince William has been actively trying to persuade Andrew to move out of Royal Lodge, his current residence on the Windsor estate.

Andrew, already a controversial figure due to his ties to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, stepped down from royal duties years ago and now lives largely out of the public eye. This book is the latest in a series of royal exposés since Prince Harry and Meghan Markle relocated to California with their children, Archie and Lilibet.

Seeking Family Reconciliation

Despite the ongoing stream of dramatic headlines and new books, Prince Harry has previously expressed a desire for reconciliation with his family. In May, he told the BBC that he wished to make peace, particularly with his father, King Charles III.

Harry mentioned that his father currently avoids speaking with him due to an ongoing legal dispute concerning the Sussexes’ security protection in the UK. “I would love reconciliation with my family,” Harry stated. “There’s no point in continuing to fight anymore.”

  • Prince Harry’s representatives deny claims of a physical fight with Prince Andrew.
  • Allegations of Andrew insulting Meghan Markle to Harry have also been dismissed as untrue.
  • The claims originate from a new book, “Entitled: The Rise and Fall of the House of York.”
  • The book also details alleged long-standing tensions between Prince Andrew and his nephews.

The ongoing saga of royal relations continues to unfold, with new revelations consistently emerging from various sources.
