The 2025 motorsport season is heating up with a massive weekend ahead, featuring the highly anticipated Formula 1 British Grand Prix, along with action from Formula 2 and the German touring car series DTM, all with India timings provided.
Formula 1 British Grand Prix
Silverstone, a circuit rich in history as the host of the very first F1 World Championship race 75 years ago, is set to deliver another thrilling Grand Prix. All eyes will be on McLaren, who showcased impressive dominance in Austria thanks to significant updates.
However, the British weather is known for its unpredictability. Forecasts suggest mixed conditions, including potential rain, which could dramatically shift the race dynamics and challenge every team on the grid.
Ferrari is eager to build on their performance in Austria, where a new floor upgrade helped them secure third and fourth place. With home hero Lewis Hamilton pushing for his first Ferrari podium, the Italian squad will be aiming to prove their recent gains are here to stay.
Meanwhile, top teams like Mercedes and Red Bull are looking to bounce back after a challenging Austrian GP. The championship standings remain tight, with Oscar Piastri leading his teammate Lando Norris, while reigning champion Max Verstappen trails in third place, 61 points off the lead.
