Tata Motors has announced price increases for its popular Tiago NRG and Tigor models, with hikes of up to Rs. 10,000.

Tata’s Latest Price Revisions

If you’ve been eyeing a new Tata Tiago NRG or Tigor, get ready to pay a little more. Tata Motors has recently implemented price adjustments for these two well-known models in its lineup, impacting their final cost for consumers.

This isn’t the first time Tata has tweaked prices this month. Earlier, the company also revised the prices for its upcoming Curvv coupe-SUV and the standard Tiago hatchback, setting a trend of slight increases across certain segments of their vehicle range.

Tiago NRG Sees a Uniform Hike

The rugged Tata Tiago NRG, known for its crossover-inspired styling and enhanced ground clearance, has become more expensive across its entire range. All variants of the Tiago NRG now cost an additional Rs. 10,000, making it a uniform increase for this model.

This includes popular options like the XZ MT, XZA, XZ iCNG, and XZA iCNG variants, catering to different customer preferences for transmission and fuel types. Following this revision, the Tiago NRG’s ex-showroom prices now range from Rs. 7.30 lakh to Rs. 8.85 lakh.

Tigor Gets a Price Bump

The Tata Tigor, a compact sedan built on the same platform as the Tiago, has also seen a price increase of Rs. 10,000 for most of its variants. This makes the stylish sedan slightly pricier for many prospective buyers looking for a compact and feature-rich vehicle.

However, it’s worth noting that not all variants are affected by this latest price change. The prices for the XM and XZ+ Lux versions of the Tigor remain unchanged, offering a stable option for those specific configurations amidst the overall price adjustments.

With these new adjustments, the Tata Tigor’s ex-showroom prices now start from Rs. 6 lakh and go up to Rs. 9.55 lakh. The Tigor competes fiercely in its segment with other popular compact sedans such as the Hyundai Aura, Honda Amaze, and Maruti Dzire.

  • The Tata Tiago NRG and Tigor have both received price hikes of up to Rs. 10,000.
  • For the Tiago NRG, the increase applies uniformly to all variants.
  • For the Tigor, most variants are affected, but XM and XZ+ Lux versions remain at their current prices.
  • This follows earlier price revisions for the Tata Curvv and Tiago hatchback, indicating broader adjustments by the automaker.

Potential buyers considering these Tata models should confirm the most up-to-date pricing with their nearest authorized dealerships to get accurate figures before making their purchase decision.
