TVS is all set to launch the updated version of its popular Apache RTR 310 naked motorcycle on July 16, promising a refreshed experience for riders.

Get Ready for the Revamped RTR 310

The TVS Apache RTR 310 first made its debut in 2023, and this upcoming launch marks its first significant update. Enthusiasts are eagerly awaiting to see what new features and performance boosts TVS has in store for its flagship streetfighter.

Expected Power-Packed Performance Updates

At its heart, the Apache RTR 310 shares its 312cc engine with models like the BMW G 310 RR and TVS Apache RR 310. While the engine configuration remains consistent, TVS often fine-tunes it for different models.

Last year, the Apache RR 310 received notable engine upgrades. These included a bumped-up compression ratio, a larger airbox volume, a wider throttle body, and a lighter piston. These changes collectively boosted its peak output to 38hp and 29Nm of torque.

Currently, the RTR 310 produces 35.6hp and 28.7Nm of torque. It’s highly anticipated that the more potent engine tune from the RR 310 will make its way to the updated RTR 310, offering riders even more thrilling performance.

Beyond Power: New Features on the Horizon

Besides engine enhancements, the Apache RR 310 also gained cosmetic and functional upgrades, such as a clear clutch cover and winglets, which became standard across all its variants. There’s a strong possibility that at least the clear clutch cover could be integrated into the updated RTR 310, adding a touch of visual flair.

Pricing and Customization Options

The current TVS Apache RTR 310 is available in several variants, with prices starting from Rs 2.50 lakh for the base black model without a quickshifter. The black variant with a quickshifter is priced at Rs 2.67 lakh, and the top-standard yellow colour comes in at Rs 2.72 lakh (all prices ex-showroom, Delhi).

Given the expected upgrades, a slight price hike for the updated Apache RTR 310 is likely. However, TVS is expected to continue offering its wide array of optional extras, allowing riders to personalize their bikes. These options include fully adjustable suspension, a brass-coated chain, the special Sepang blue colour scheme, and a heated and cooled seat.

  • The updated TVS Apache RTR 310 is set to launch on July 16.
  • It’s expected to receive engine performance upgrades, similar to the Apache RR 310.
  • Potential new features include a clear clutch cover.
  • Prices are likely to increase slightly, but customization options will remain.

Stay tuned for the official launch tomorrow to get all the precise details on the new TVS Apache RTR 310.
